Returns Policy
Conveniently place your return request online by filling the Returns Form, if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, ‘Not as Described’ or ‘Sizing Issue’ state, within 3 days. Returns form can be filled from your Account page. Once the complaint is registered with us, we will arrange for a pickup.

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Hassle-free Returns:
We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.

  • Returns including all replacements/pickups are done cost free.
  • IIncase of returns, the entire product amount will be credited to your account. Refund will only be given incase of a purchase of Rs.3,500 and above.
  • We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, refund or credit will be given.
  • Also note, returns are subject to Vendor’s return policies too. Kindly check them out from the purchased product page.
